Details: Smith + Cork were contracted for the design and build of a new bespoke wastewater treatment plant for a global food manufacturer. The wastewater plant consisted of a new rotary screen, induced air flotation tank, dissolved air flotation tank, 2-way pH correction, sludge removal and clean water discharge.
The mechanical control centre monitors and controls all aspects of the plants function and is integrated into the central SCADA system of the site. Smith + Cork delivered the full package from design and manufacture through to installation, software & commissioning.
